Mufini s koščki čokolade

Mufini brez glutena

mufini_ob_kaviciČokoladni mufini, ki se kar stopijo v ustih. To je čisto razvajanje naših občutkov. Njihova priprava pa je zelo enostavna.

Potrebujemo:

  • 125 g masla ali margarine ( jaz uporabljam maslo)
  • 100 g Nutelle
  • 75 g sladkorja
  • 1 vanilijev sladkor
  • 1 ščepec soli
  • 4 jajca
  • 125 g brezglutenske moke Schär Mix C
  • 1 zravnana žlička pecilnega praška brez glutena ali sode bikarbone
  • 100 g na koščke narezane jedilne čokolade ( jaz uporabljam Manner jedilno čokolado)

Priprava:

testo_za_mufineRahlo zmehčano (ne stopljeno) maslo ali margarino zmešamo z Nutello s pomočjo mešalnika, da dobimo gladko maso. Počasi dodajamo sladkor, vanilijev sladkor in sol. Nato začnemo dodajati jajca. Ko dodamo jajce, mešamo z mešalnikom cca. 30 sekund, nato dodamo naslednje jajce. Na koncu z žlico na roko vmešamo na koščke narezano čokolado.

testo_za_mufine_damo_v_modelčkeTesto napolnimo v modelčke za mufine, v katerega smo dodali še papirnate modelčke. Pečemo pri 180°C 20 minut.

peceni_mufiniKo jih vzamemo iz pečice, počakamo 5 minut preden, jih odstranimo iz modela. Serviramo v paprinatih modelčkih, lahko tudi npr.ob kavici.
